Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Here's where we currently stand, and how to register a preference.
The Daily Deep Tech does not sell personal information to third parties, and has not done so in the preceding 12 months, as "sale" is defined under CCPA/CPRA. We also do not currently share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If this changes in the future — for example, if we enable advertising through a network like Google AdSense that involves data sharing under CPRA's broader definition — we will update this page and provide a working opt-out mechanism in advance of that change.
